Pine Harbour Ferries

Pine Harbour Ferries run between Pine Harbour marina and downtown Auckland 13 times daily on weekdays. Our modern, high-speed catamarans can transport up to 49 passengers at a time, either in the relaxing comfort of the inside cabin or on the open deck, for an exhilarating ride.

Each catamaran is powered by twin Hamilton jet units driven by two Scarnia or Detroit engines. Capable of speeds up to around 40 knots, these vessels can operate in all but extreme weathers, giving a fast and smooth ride. The travel time from Pine Harbour Marina to Downtown Auckland will take just 35 minutes.

Pine Harbour Marina has free parking and a 24 hour hi-tech security service is in place, including regular patrols by security staff. There are showers/toilets and public phones at the marina.

A shuttle bus can be booked to provide transport from Pine Harbour Marina to Botany, East Tamaki and Manukau.

Free travel period applies Mon-Fri from 9am until last sailing of the day (Pine Harbour - Auckland service only). Please note a ticket must be obtained prior to travel. Super Gold Card (or MAXX ID or etc.) must be shown when obtaining ticket. If you travel before 9am you must pay the full adult fare.
